  • Arrange and schedule all normal season games
  • Arrange and schedule various small tournaments (Districts / Regionals / Nationals are handled by the board)
  • Input all games and games changes into TeamLinkt
  • Schedule Referees for home games

  • Banquet

• Fundraising
  • Coordinate Cub bagging & other events
    
    
• Uniforms & Equipment
  • Distribute uniforms at the beginning of the season
  • Collect uniforms at the end of the season
    
    
• Team Captain
  • One Captain per team to aid with communication
  • Team building/encouragement
  • Be a resource for the Volunteer Coordinator and Travel Coordinator
    
    
• Travel Coordination
  • Tournament accommodations
  • Negotiating blocks of rooms for discounts

  • Take pictures at most games
